Moisturising your hands to revive skin and gently exfoliating to remove dead skin cells can actually help slow down the ageing process to you hands. Your hands can often be a giveaway of your age! A good hand and nail cream will always target age spots, to stop your age 'tells'.
One product that I love the texture, lasting feel and smell of is my
Clarins Hand & Nail Treatment Cream
I find after using it that my hands feel hydrated and I don't feel them getting 'thirsty' like I do with other hand and nail creams.
How I use it....
One small amount spreads evenly across my hands and it doesn't feel heavy or greasy. It is really easy sometimes to forget the sides and in between of your fingers however one small application nourishes every area of my hands, including the knuckles and I don't find a need to reapply at all throughout the day, even after continually washing my hands! I tend to use it 3 times a day, before I go out to work, at lunchtime and before I go to bed! Overnight is a great period to use a really good hand cream to hydrate your skin, particularly when they brace the cold form time to time outside of your duvet!
I find that my 100ml product will last me for about 3 months so well worth the investment of £20.
I think the smell is really pleasant and fresh and contains:
- - Sesame Oil extracts which moisturize and protect against free radicals.
- - Shea Butter that protects against environmental aggressions and revitalises your skins.
- - Japanese Mulberry extract which is key to help reduce existing age spots.
- - Condurango Bark extract which helps prevent damp palms.
- - Myrrh extract which strengthens your nails.
